JAVANESE BISTIK

Ingredients :                                                                    

- 150 g Beef                                                                      
- 1 sdm Soy Sauce English                                                  
- 1/2 sdt salt                                                                      
- 1/2 sdt pepper                                                                  
- 1/2 sdt Nutmeg                                                                
- 1 sdt sugar                                                                        
- 1 sdm satrch                                                                  
- 2 sdm butter                                                                    
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 grain onions
- 4 sdm ketchup
- 1/2 glass of water
- cooking oil

  Material :

- Pan
- Bowl
- Knife
- Plate
- Fork
- Cutting Board

Compliment : 

- 1 cloves potato
- 1 cloves carrot
- 50 gr Snaps (Green Beans)

Steps :

1.  First, mixed beef with soy sauce english, salt, pepper, sugar, satrch stir, knead briefly, let stand 5 minute
2.  Heat butter in pan, saute garlic and onion until wilted. set aside
3.  put the meat in small increments to the pan stir occasionally. put onions, ketchup and water, cook until sauce boils lift and set aside
4.  The last, heat oil fry potato until yellowish boil until cooked carrot and green beans
